Who we are

A training consultancy based in Scotland, working with organisations across the UK since 2018.

We started Corporate Insight Hub because too many training days end with a stack of feedback forms and nothing else. Participants go back to their desks, the slide deck gathers dust, and six weeks later nobody can remember the key takeaways. That pattern frustrated us.

Our approach is different. Before we design a single exercise, we spend time inside your organisation: talking to managers, shadowing teams, reviewing the specific friction points that slow work down. The programme we deliver is shaped by what we find, not by a catalogue of off-the-shelf modules.

Every facilitator on our team has at least eight years of industry experience outside of training. They have managed budgets, led restructurings, hired and coached staff. That background shows up in the room: participants notice when a facilitator actually understands their day-to-day pressures.

We measure results at 30, 60, and 90 days after delivery. If a programme does not shift the metrics we agreed on at the start, we revisit the content at no extra cost.

What we offer

Six core programmes, each customised to your sector and team size.

Leadership development

A twelve-week programme for new and mid-level managers. Participants work through real scenarios from their own teams: difficult conversations, delegation under pressure, and giving feedback that people actually act on. Sessions run in cohorts of eight to twelve, with individual coaching calls between workshops.

Team performance workshops

One or two-day workshops designed to improve how a specific team communicates, plans, and resolves disagreements. We use structured exercises drawn from project post-mortems and live workflow analysis. Each workshop ends with an action plan that names owners and deadlines.

Remote and hybrid skills

Hybrid work creates blind spots: managers lose visibility, junior staff feel isolated, and meetings multiply without purpose. This programme gives teams a concrete framework for asynchronous updates, structured check-ins, and running meetings that finish in half the time.

Time and priority management

Not a lecture on to-do lists. We audit how participants actually spend their hours over a two-week period, then work through the data together. People leave with a personalised system they have already tested, not a theory they might try later.

Presentation and communication

Two-day intensive for staff who present to clients, boards, or large internal audiences. Participants deliver three recorded presentations over the programme and receive line-by-line feedback. We cover slide design, narrative structure, handling hostile questions, and speaking without notes.

Change management training

For organisations going through restructuring, system migrations, or mergers. We train internal change champions to manage resistance, communicate timelines honestly, and support colleagues through uncertainty. The programme spans four weeks with weekly half-day sessions and peer-support groups.

How it works

Four steps from first conversation to measurable results.

1. Discovery call. We spend 45 minutes understanding your organisation, the teams involved, and the outcomes you want. No sales pitch. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

2. Needs assessment. We interview a sample of participants and their managers, review relevant internal data (engagement surveys, turnover figures, project retrospectives), and identify the two or three highest-impact areas for training.

3. Programme design and delivery. We build the content, share it with your project sponsor for review, and deliver the sessions at your premises or a venue of your choice. Groups are capped at fifteen to keep interaction high.

4. Follow-up and measurement. At 30, 60, and 90 days we check in with participants and their managers. We compile a short impact report that shows what changed and where further support might help.

What clients say

Feedback from organisations we have worked with.

"We asked them to help our engineering managers give better feedback. Three months later, our internal pulse survey scores on 'manager communication' jumped from 58% to 79%. The exercises were practical and the facilitator clearly knew what managing technical staff is like."

"The hybrid-working workshop saved us from another round of pointless policy documents. Instead we got a simple set of team agreements that people actually follow. Meeting hours dropped by about 30% within a month."

"I was sceptical about another leadership course. But the facilitator had us working on real problems from our own department within the first hour. Two of my direct reports have since been promoted, and I believe the programme played a genuine part in getting them ready."
